Returns, Exchanges & Order Policies

Made-to-Order (Print on Demand)

Every item is made to order to reduce waste and keep our energy—and the planet’s—clean. This means production begins shortly after you purchase. Please allow time for creation before shipment. Orders cannot be refunded simply because they take time to make, as this is core to how our brand operates.

  • Typical timeline: production + fulfillment + carrier transit.

  • Need-by dates: Please order early; we can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date once production has started.

Bracketing & Restocking Fee (Important)

Bracketing = buying multiple versions of a product (sizes/colors/styles) with the intention of keeping one and returning the rest. To keep our made-to-order model sustainable:

  • Returns or exchanges of multiple bracketed items incur a 30% restocking fee per item.

  • This fee does not apply to items that are misprinted, incorrect, or damaged on arrival (see “Damages & Issues” below).

  • For exchanges, the restocking fee + new shipping are due upfront.

  • For returns, the restocking fee is deducted from the refund or invoiced prior to processing, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return authorization. To be eligible, items must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Return address: 1500 SE 12th St. Unit 1B, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33316 (we’ll confirm in your RMA).

Exchanges

Fastest path: place a new order for the item you want, then request a return authorization for the original (fees may apply per the bracketing policy). Approved exchanges require payment of any restocking fee (if applicable) and shippingbefore we release the replacement.

Damages & Issues (We Make It Right)

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 7 calendar days if an item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate and replace or refund as appropriate.

  • Photo(s) of the issue and packaging may be required.

  • No restocking fee applies to approved damage/misprint cases.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/customized products once production has begun.

  • Final-sale/clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • For safety/legal reasons: hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off (Where Applicable)

If your order ships into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel and return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn/unused with tags and original packaging.
Exception: The cooling-off period does not apply to personalized/custom goods once production has begun.

Refunds

Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

  • Applicable restocking fees and original/return shipping (unless it’s our error) will be deducted.

VAT, Duties & Fees

Taxes (including VAT) are set by law and collected at checkout where required. We do not profit from taxes. Any shipping, handling, or customs/duties shown at checkout cover the actual costs of doing business and delivery, not additional margin.
