Made-to-Order Production

Every item at Fck’s Given Full Heart Co. is made to order through our Print-on-Demand partners. That means your piece is created just for you once you place your order — helping us reduce waste and honor a more conscious, sustainable approach to fashion and lifestyle goods.

Because each item is uniquely produced, production times vary by product type, season, and demand.

  • Average production time: 3–7 business days before shipment

  • During peak seasons or product launches: please allow up to 10–14 business days

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships

Please note: choosing expedited shipping does not shorten production time — it only affects the transit time once your order leaves our fulfillment center.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the product type. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production.
International delivery times vary and may take 2–4 weeks, depending on customs and carrier service in your region.


Split Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately. Because our products are made in different facilities, you might receive more than one package — all with their own tracking numbers.


Shipping Rates 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. We do our best to keep rates fair and transparent.
VAT, duties, or local taxes may be applied depending on your region. These are not profit centers, but simply cover the actual cost of doing business and delivery.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee edits or redirection. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur reshipping fees.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact your local carrier first, as they may have additional information.
For lost or delayed shipments, email Erin@erindelia.com — we’ll review on a case-by-case basis and help make it right.


Damages & Issues

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund as appropriate — no restocking fees apply for these cases.


Returns Due to Delivery Delays

Since each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for carrier delays, transit times, or production windows that fall within our stated policy.
If an item has not shipped within 21 days, please reach out so we can review the status directly with our production partners.
